Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (not limited to major)
  • Agree with H&L’s culture and goals
  • Regularly engages in introspection and self-growth
  • Have an honest, professional, and warm attitudes toward others
  • Have strong determination, does not give up easily
  • Enjoys teamwork, approaches everything from the perspective of a group, rather than individual
  • Good logical reasoning skills
  • Good English writing ability

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in executive search/headhunting firm or industry
  • Experience and/or knowledge in technology industry occupations
  • Good foreign language communication skills

Base Salary is determined by position, and other factors (e.g., past experience in the field, educational attainment, etc.)

According to the stats, our sales commission supersedes that of other executive search companies by 35%.

Annual Salary
(on Average)

Consultants who have been in the company for at least a year on average receive an annual salary of NTD$1-2.5M
