In the beginning of 2008, with the goal of starting my own business and the support of my family, I established H&L Management Consultants.

The financial crisis of 2008 made it harder to start-up a business; however, looking back at it now, I believe the heavens foretold that that year, H&L Management Consultants would be a company that, against all odds, is equipped to courageously face any challenge and continuously strive to achieve higher and more audacious goals.

Coming from a background in consulting, I am very dedicated and passionate about executive search and management consulting. I carry this passion with me as I, together with all the personnel within H&L, build a top tier executive search firm, with a company culture that emphasizes diversity, inclusion, sincerity, and care. Not only is every individual within H&L given the chance to achieve their fullest potential, H&L employees are constantly motivated to be a better version of themselves today than they were yesterday.
