ABOUT THE JOB

What does it take to be a HnL Headhunter?

An H&L Headhunter is equipped with knowledge of industry trends, mastery in insight of the current candidate pool and career planning skills. H&L headhunters help our client’s search for suitable candidates to fill their job vacancies, becoming the client and candidate’s trustworthy companion. As such, at H&L we emphasize cultivating sincerity and professional attitude to provide the best service for our clients and candidates.

Qualifications

  1. The clients and candidates you will work with come from top-tier technology companies. Therefore, you will be expected to obtain the most current and most insider knowledge (?) of industry knowledge.
  2. Gain a deep understanding of prominent technology companies and upper division management’s candidate criteria, logical reasoning, and strategic assessment application
  3. To develop a diverse and wide network, you will be required to engage with clients and candidates through 1-on-1 in depth conversations often

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (not limited to major)
  • Agree with H&L’s culture and goals
  • Regularly engages in introspection and continued education(?)
  • Have an honest, professional, and warm attitudes toward others
  • Have strong determination, does not give up easily
  • Enjoys teamwork, approaches everything from the perspective of a group, rather than individual
  • Good logical reasoning skills
  • Good English writing ability

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in executive search/headhunting firm or industry
  • Experience and/or knowledge in technology industry occupations
  • Good foreign language communication skills

Base Salary

Base Salary is determined by position, and other factors (e.g., past experience in the field, educational attainment, etc.)

According to the stats, our sales commission supersedes that of other executive search companies by 35%

Base Salary

Consultants who have been in the company for at least a year on average receive an annual salary of NTD$1-1.3M
